Late Cancellations
At DW Hair Studio, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
New Clients
All new chemical service clients will be required to make a non refundable $75.00 deposit at the time of booking. Cancellations will require at least 48 hours.
Late Arrivals
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at DW Hair Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
